We are inviting shortlisted candidates to attend an exclusive Flexible Food & Beverage Recruitment Day on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 , where you will have the opportunity to explore flexible roles across our award-winning dining venues, including GSQ, Serra, Tobi Masa, Jacqueline and In Room Dining.

We are primarily looking for Flexible Waiters and Runners, while also considering exceptional candidates for other Food & Beverage opportunities across the hotel.

About You

• You are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences
• Previous experience within a restaurant, bar, café or hospitality environment
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
