Enterprise Account Executive
Full-time · Remote / Field-Based
£90,000 base + OTE (£130,000+)
We’re supporting a rapidly scaling technology business that is transforming how organisations deliver mentoring, coaching and professional development through intelligent, scalable digital solutions.
The company is now hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive pipeline growth, lead value‑focused sales conversations, and convert high‑quality enterprise prospects into long-term customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and managing a strategic enterprise pipeline
- Leading consultative discovery calls and solution‑focused presentations
- Running full-cycle sales processes from outbound prospecting through to close
- Managing average deal sizes of £250k+
- Working toward an annual quota of £1m
- Leveraging existing enterprise relationships and networks to accelerate pipeline growth
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer teams
- Representing the business at meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Experience in SaaS, technology, AI, or high‑growth B2B sales
- Proven success selling into enterprise clients
- Strong network of enterprise contacts you can open conversations with
- Experience consistently closing six‑figure deals
- Track record operating to a £1m+ annual quota
- Confident in outbound prospecting, value‑led discovery and multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Highly organised, commercially driven and comfortable working autonomously
