• Leading a small, cohesive department of three staff

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Head of Psychology you will:

• Lead and manage the Psychology department
• Monitor student progress and maintain high standards
• Develop curriculum and schemes of work
• Support staff development within the department
• Manage departmental budget and resources
• Contribute to whole-school strategic priorities

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
