The role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Coordinator to support the structured migration of technical product documentation into Microsoft 365 SharePoint. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital initiative within a collaborative and values-driven environment.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, migration, and validation of data within defined systems
- Organise files within SharePoint sites, libraries, and folder structures
- Apply and verify metadata to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility
- Perform data checks to ensure completeness, integrity, and quality
- Maintain clear records of migration activities and progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate documentation and resolve issues
- Follow established data handling standards, naming conventions, and governance requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience working in a structured or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage and organise large volumes of information effectively
- Knowledge of document management and information security principles
- Strong organisational and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
