Are you an organised, detail-oriented examinations professional who thrives in a busy secondary school environment? We are seeking an experienced Exams and Data Officer to join a well-established girls' secondary school in Crouch End, North London .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of examination administration, data management and awarding body requirements, who can confidently coordinate multiple deadlines while ensuring examinations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating internal and external examinations, including entries, timetables, room allocations and invigilation schedules.

• Liaising with examination boards and ensuring all entries, amendments and submissions are accurate and completed on time.

• Maintaining compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body procedures.

• Managing examination data, processing results and maintaining accurate student records.

• Recruiting, training and coordinating examination invigilators.

• Organising secure storage, distribution and handling of examination papers and confidential materials.

• Supporting results days, post-results services and access arrangements.

• Producing data reports and supporting wider school administration where required.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working as an Exams Officer, Exams Administrator or within a similar school examinations role.

• A sound understanding of JCQ regulations and examination board procedures.

• Experience using school MIS systems and awarding body portals.

• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and data management.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• High levels of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with staff, pupils, parents and external examination bodies.
