Event Site Co ordinator
Job Description:
Are you a confident communicator with a knack for building strong relationships over the phone? Do you enjoy fast-paced environments and want to be part of a company making a real difference through fundraising?
We are a leading private site fundraising company, and we’re looking for a Site Booking Coordinator to join our team. Your main role will be to secure pre-booked fundraising sites (e.g. supermarkets, shopping centres, retail parks) for our brand ambassador teams. This is a phone-based position where your ability to build rapport quickly, stay organised, and maintain momentum is key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume outbound calls to supermarkets, shopping centres, and other venues to book fundraising locations.
• Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with store/site managers.
• Accurately schedule and log 20+ daily site bookings across various locations to accommodate 45+ brand ambassadors.
• Follow up regularly to confirm dates, provide necessary documents, and handle any booking issues.
• Keep our internal systems and calendars up to date with site details and availability.
• Work closely with the operations team to align booking plans with team coverage and campaign needs.

• Prior experience in sales, call centres, event coordination, or booking roles is a big plus.
