Business Development Representative - Enterprise Accounts
Deepki, leading the way in ESG for real estate owners and accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability.
Deepki is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow revenue on the US market.
This role is based in our London office .
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start or accelerate a sales career on the ground floor of an exciting ESG software-as-a-service (SaaS) business!
Mission:
The Business Development Representative will develop Deepki’s customer portfolio in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Select target accounts, and identify opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Research relevant contacts and teams at these accounts, initiate conversations via email, calls, and social channels
- Book outbound meetings using various prospecting approaches including cold calls, emails and social outreach
- Generate sales opportunities for Account Executives within a specific set of target accounts through proactive outbound business development activities
- Maintain, organize and manage administrative tasks in Salesforce
- Contact prospects & guests before and after web conferences, events and webinars
- Participate in trade shows and represent the company.
As a Business Development Representative, your impact on Deepki’s growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increasing ARR, while growing the company's customer portfolio.
You will also benefit from a coaching / continuing education program allowing you to develop solid commercial skills, but also acquire strong knowledge on real estate and ESG matters.
Your profile:
- 1+ years of experience in BDR / SDR / Inside Sales or Sales role with SaaS / Software environments
- Belief in Deepki’s values – Impact / Customer satisfaction / Benevolence and good will / Freedom and responsibility
- Self-disciplined and motivated to over-achieve your goals
- A team player with a sales and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs
- Confident in communicating over the phone, email, and LinkedIn with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Already used Salesforce and / or another CRM
- Excellent proficiency in English
Bonus :
- Experience with Enterprise accounts
- Experience in Real Estate and / or ESG sectors
- Experience in hyper-growth environments
