Partnerships Admin Assistant Internship
We’re looking for a Partnerships Admin Assistant to join our small Partnerships team initially on an internship basis with the potential for the role to become permanent. Must be able to start in January 2026.
The Partnerships team are responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with wholesale agents and partnership stockists to ensure delivery of sales targets and to provide first class customer service to our re-sellers.
The role of the Partnerships Admin Assistant will be to support the Partnerships Executive with order processing, customer service, stock control and administration. The Partnership Admin Assistant will be responsible for building effective relationships with, and providing excellent customer service to, our wholesale stockists and agents in line with our brand values. The Admin Assistant role will also be responsible for ensuring orders are raised correctly and stock delivered on time.
This is may be full or part time position (minimum 3 days per week) offered initially as a 3 month internship with the potential for the role to become permanent. To be invited to interview you will ideally be a university graduate and you must have GSCE grade 6 or above in Maths and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel. You must also possess strong organisation & prioritisation skills. We’re very interested in candidates with a proven track record of finding ways to streamline and improve processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
