Housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield, The Chancery Rosewood is home to Serra , a vibrant, light-filled bar and terrace. With a Mediterranean spirit and an unmistakable London energy, Serra celebrates seasonal ingredients, refined mixology, and convivial hospitality.

We are looking for an inspired and accomplished Head Bartender to lead our bar programme at Serra. This is an opportunity to shape one of London’s most exciting new bar openings—delivering service that is warm, intuitive, and rooted in craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and execute a cocktail menu that reflects Serra’s Mediterranean soul, with a focus on seasonality, precision, and creativity.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of bartenders, ensuring consistency, excellence, and genuine hospitality.

• Oversee stock management, supplier relationships, and operational standards in line with Rosewood’s luxury ethos.

• Be a visible host at the bar, creating memorable experiences and cultivating a loyal guest following.

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team to elevate Serra’s positioning as a London destination bar.

• A proven leader with prior experience in a high-profile bar or luxury hotel environment.

• Strong creative flair and technical expertise in mixology.
