Quality Assessor
Quality Assessor Location: Work at home (UK) Contract: Permanent & Full time - flexibility required Salary: £31,500 Role Overview Working as a Quality Assessor for a presigious banking client, the post holder will be expected to complete quality checks and monitoring, provide insight into trends and how to overcome these and present findings in a meaningful and structured way. The successful candidates will ensure that consistency, fairness and high standards in Quality are not only met, but also exceeded. Competencies & Skills Required
- Solid understanding of how Quality can influence achievement of business objectives
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Strong motivational skills to develop people's attitudes and skills
- Excellent communication skills to impart knowledge and information
- Committed, enthusiastic, positive and resilient
- Able to cope in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable with adapting to fast paced change
- Advantageous to have experience within financial services
- Advantageous to have previous QA experience Skills/personal attributes
- Accuracy and speed
- Presentation skills to report statistical information and conduct team briefs
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to take on new challenges and ideas
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Sound coaching skills
- Ability to undertake statistical analysis
- Confident and capable of communicating with client and team members
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
