Infrastructure Project Manager

You will work within the Infrastructure function within Technology, partnering with infrastructure engineering and operations teams to deliver critical platform and connectivity initiatives. Stakeholders include Compute and Network Engineers, Data Centre Operations, and external vendors and service providers.
Your Future Role within QRT
You will:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple parallel infrastructure projects and workstreams.
- Own project planning, scheduling, dependencies, and risk management across infrastructure initiatives.
- Run task management and resource planning to ensure delivery capacity matches timelines and priorities.
- Create and maintain project documentation (scope, plans, RAID logs, status reporting, change control).
- Drive stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on progress, timelines, blockers, and decisions.
- Coordinate delivery across internal engineering teams and external partners, including connectivity-related providers.
- Track milestones and delivery quality, ensuring projects complete on time and meet agreed outcomes.
- Support operational requirements where needed, including coordinating remediation activities related to infrastructure risk and security.
Your Present Skillset
- 4+ years of technology project management experience delivering infrastructure-focused programmes.
- Experience delivering projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and parallel priorities.
- Broad understanding of infrastructure domains, including Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with exchange or low-latency connectivity concepts (e.g., market data and order entry connectivity).
- Strong project management discipline: planning, execution, dependency management, RAID, and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical, structured problem-solving approach and comfort working through ambiguity.
