We are excited to offer a lovely opportunity for a passionate educator to join our dynamic school community as an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Phase Lead. Situated in Wandsworth, Southwest London, the school is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The ideal EYFS Lead will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing their expertise and insights to school-wide initiatives and strategic decision-making processes.

Salary: Inner London (with a TLR) - Competitive, dependent on experience
EYFS Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the EYFS team, providing vision, direction, and support to ensure high standards of teaching and learning for children aged 3 to 5.
- Collaborate to develop and implement an engaging curriculum suitable for EYFS learners.
- Support the professional growth of EYFS practitioners through coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Build positive relationships with parents, fostering communication and collaboration to support children's learning at home and in school.
EYFS Phase Lead Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in EYFS.
- Understanding of the EYFS framework, child development principles, and effective teaching practices.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
