Compliance / Permit Coordinator
A Permit Coordinator is required to join a buzzing team within a hugely dynamic, iconic site. Our clients are seeking someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and has the following experience and skills:
- Permit or Compliance Experience
- Permit Work & Isolation Expertise
- Strong Communication Skills
- CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) experience will be a bonus.
- Ensure that RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) are reviewed
- Permits are issued
- Contractors are managed safely on and off-site
- Lead the Induction & Permit Processes: Guide and support contractors and team members in the induction process and permit issuance as part of a close-knit team.
- Review and Approve RAMS: Assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure works are carried out safely and in compliance with standards.
- Permit to Work Management: Ensure the correct Permit to Work is implemented and maintained for all activities.
- Monitoring Isolations: Record and track Electrical and Mechanical Isolations, ensuring proper documentation is completed and maintained.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance documentation is accurate, properly filed, and audit-ready for internal and external reviews.
- Incident Investigation: Lead and participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify and mitigate potential risks.
