Job Description of a Practice Nurse job in London:
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team in London. In this role, you will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of services, including chronic disease management, health promotion, and immunizations.

- Provision of health education and medical advice to patients
- Management of long-term conditions and monitoring of patient’s health status
- Will be the first point of contact for patients with minor injuries and illnesses.
- Management of wounds
Requirements for a Practice Nurse Job in London:
- Active NMC registration
- Experience working as a Practice Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Experience working in a primary care setting preferred
Qualifications of a Practice Nurse:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
- Additional qualifications in chronic disease management and/or health promotion preferred
Experience of a Practice Nurse:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Practice Nurse
Experience in a primary care setting preferred
