Team Executive Assistant to C-Suite (1:4)
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Executive Assistant to support four senior C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment for a sport agency start up. Based in a prestigious office near Blackfriars in the City, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives on variety, autonomy, and working at the highest levels of an organisation.
Key EA Responsibilities
- Complex, ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Organising national and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transport
- Compiling detailed itineraries and managing logistics end-to-end
- Inbox and correspondence management on behalf of executives
- Handling phone calls and email screening with discretion
- Preparing high-quality reports, board packs, and PowerPoint presentations
- Processing expense reports and ensuring timely submissions
- Liaising with Board-level stakeholders and external partners
About You
- Proven EA experience supporting multiple senior leaders or C-suite executives
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
- Confident managing high volumes of information and shifting priorities
- First-class communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure
