We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Product & Operations Manager to work directly for our CEO and take ownership of our processes and software for operations working across buying, 3PL, and financial reporting.

The Role
As Product & Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our operations scale gracefully as our business grows. You’ll own operational reporting - producing and communicating operational KPIs and ensuring our outsourced finance team receive the information they need, forecasting buying of jewellery and packaging (in collaboration with marketing), and overseeing SLAs with our 3PL. Helping our whole business work together to continue to deliver great customer experience and profit.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across data, tech platforms, and day-to-day operations — as well as thinking strategically about growth and optimisation.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Operations and Finance Reporting:

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting across operational and financial KPIs (margin, stock, customer service, 3PL SLAs)

  • Analyse key metrics (gross margin, NPS, CSAT, time to ship, contribution etc.) and work with marketing to identify opportunities to improvement

• Accounting partner:

  • Build processes and be on hand to ensure our finance team can deliver timely management accounts

• Forecasting and stock analysis:

  • Work with marketing to support on demand forecasting, stock management and pricing

  • Ensure all products and processes are loaded and maintained accurately in Unleashed so that we have an accurate representation of stock levels, margin and sell through

• Platform & Systems Management:

  • Oversee the backend of our ecommerce platform (Shopify, A2X, Unleashed, Swap and our customer service platform and Xero)

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with third-party providers as needed

• Profit Growth:

  • Optimise workflows and software, share information and prioritise plans to drive profit and customer experience

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience in a finance, product or operations role in a DTC brand

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset — confident extracting insight from data & making informed decisions

• Experience with our technology (eg including ShopifyPlus, A2X, Unleashed, Xero)

• Experience with Excel/Sheets

• Good understanding of operating model of a D2C operations (forecasting, buying, margins, 3PLs,operational and financial KPIs) and how they drive quality of experience and profit

• Comfortable working in a small team where you’ll balance strategy with hands-on execution

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by results
