CLO Fund Administration Analyst

About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CLO Fund Administration Analyst to join a high‑performing Investment Operations team on a fixed‑term basis. Candidates must be available on 6 weeks notice or less. This role is ideal for someone with strong CLO operations experience who enjoys project‑driven work, cross‑functional collaboration, and process optimisation. This role sits within a hybrid working environment , with three days per week in the London office and two days working from home to support collaboration while maintaining flexibility.
You will play a key part in a major operational transition project, working alongside colleagues across the UK, US, technology, and project management teams. The position will involve designing, documenting, and executing test plans, gaining rapid familiarity with the underlying portfolios, and serving as a central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build a strong understanding of the portfolio and team operations.
- Help shape and refine the migration project plan in collaboration with technology, project management, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead the definition, documentation, communication, and execution of key test plans (both on‑system and off‑system).
- Participate in working groups and project meetings, contributing expertise to the broader initiative.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
- Act as a key contact for operational queries related to the transition.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience working with a CLO manager , trustee, or CLO administrator.
- Strong understanding of CLO mechanics, including portfolio profile tests and IPD waterfalls .
- Knowledge of the loan and high‑yield bond markets .
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting with Portfolio Managers and senior team members.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to interpret complex legal and technical documents.

- Exposure to loan management systems (e.g., Allvue, WSO/Nexus ).
- Change‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to team goals.
