The Role:

As an Academic Mentor, you will work with small groups of high-achieving students , delivering targeted academic support in core subjects within your own subject specialism (e.g. Maths, English, Sciences, Humanities). Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level academic mentoring to GCSE and A-Level students
• Plan and lead small-group intervention sessions focused on exam success
• Support students with advanced subject content and exam strategy
• Provide detailed feedback to help students move from high to top grades
• Work closely with subject teachers to align support with exam specifications
