Key Responsibilities

Manage visitor sign-in procedures, issue security passes, and strictly enforce whole-school safeguarding protocols
Handle incoming calls, answer general inquiries, and direct messages to appropriate staff members in a timely manner
Update pupil records, attendance entries, and late arrivals using school database systems
Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage administrative email inboxes, and assist with school-wide communications
Assist senior leadership and office colleagues with filing, printing, correspondence, and general administrative support
Maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming front-of-house reception area at all times
Support the smooth day-to-day administrative running of the busy school office
