Lead Strategic Procurement Recruitment – Financial Services

• Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid–senior and executive procurement roles in banking, insurance, and asset management.
• Expand and deepen professional procurement and vendor management networks within the financial services industry.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify talent requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies for procurement transformation initiatives.
• Champion best-in-class candidates, ensuring alignment with FS regulatory, commercial, and operational priorities.
• Drive business development activities to support the evolution of the FS procurement practice.

Essential Experience – Procurement & Financial Services Recruitment

• Significant background in procurement recruitment, ideally in the banking or wider financial services sector.
• Credible track record delivering permanent or contract appointments for procurement, sourcing, or vendor management professionals.
• Understanding of regulatory, risk, and operational challenges in financial services procurement.
• Experience managing confidential, senior-level search assignments is valued.
• Expertise in supporting clients through procurement transformation or cost-optimisation projects is desirable but not essential.
