Part-Time Executive Assistant
Predominantly personal and lifestyle-focused duties
Booking restaurants, travel, and appointments
Attending the CEO's apartment as required
Paying bills and handling ad-hoc personal administration
Managing and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO, particularly relating to speaking engagements and events
Supporting the CEO with their relocation and settling into the UK Skills & Experience Required Previous PA or EA experience, supporting senior individuals
Confident with technology and comfortable using AI tools
Proactive, uses initiative, and able to anticipate needs
Growth mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach
Strong London knowledge and experience
Warm, friendly, and personable manner
Flexible and reliable
