Description: Apple is seeking an expert technology transactions attorney to join its Product & Commercial Legal group. The successful candidate will support the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team across Europe and Emerging Markets. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, advising on legal and regulatory aspects of payments, e-commerce, AI, and identity services, and counseling on data privacy matters within a fast-paced technology environment.
Eligibility: Applicants should possess significant experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements, with a strong background in intellectual property and technology transactions. Familiarity with digital wallets, contactless payments, and related legal frameworks is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage high contract volumes and maintain strong client relationships. Experience with data privacy regulations and working in international or regulated environments is preferred.
