AML Compliance Analyst - Permanent | Full-Time | London A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and detail-driven AML Compliance Analyst to join its London-based Compliance team. The role is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to a well-established risk and compliance function with a truly global footprint.About the Team The Compliance department plays a key role in shaping and maintaining the firm's global risk strategy and supporting AML obligations across jurisdictions. You'll be working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team that partners with offices in Asia, Europe and the U.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain client due diligence (CDD) records for a global client baseResearch and compile CDD packs, including analysis of reputational, ethical and sanctions-related considerationsCollaborate with AML colleagues to ensure consistency in global procedures and standardsLiaise across international offices to deliver excellent internal serviceAssist with preparation for internal and external AML auditsProvide general compliance support and contribute to team training and developmentParticipate in system and process enhancements, including implementation of AML-related technologiesAbout YouUniversity degree preferred (legal or business disciplines desirable)Demonstrated experience handling complex AML and financial crime issuesStrong analytical, research and communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlinesProficient in MS Office and financial crime databases such as World CheckSound working knowledge of UK AML regulations and guidanceExperience in a law firm or professional services environment is advantageousMotivated to build a long-term career in compliance, with an appetite to broaden expertise across risk disciplinesThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a globally respected firm and a dynamic compliance team.
