Job description

Learning and Development Coordinator - Part-time

£35000 pro-rata (£28000) + excellent benefits

London / Oxford

Our client is a leading management consultancy with a fantastic culture and a growing international presence.

They are adding to the HR team and are recruiting for a part-time (4 days) L&D Coordinator who will form a key part of the overall success of the business.

You will report into the Head of L&D, managing day-to-day administration, coordinating workshops and training events, and helping to deliver high-quality learning initiatives across Europe. This role is the point of contact for all learning and development enquiries, and will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all L&D-related queries, providing timely, professional support.
  • Own and manage administrative tasks, including workshop scheduling, eLearning rollout, attendance tracking, and feedback collation.
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding learning for new joiners, ensuring timely completion of mandatory training.
  • Provide on-site support for in-person training events across the UK and Europe, and assist with virtual session facilitation.
  • Promote learning initiatives via the intranet and internal communication channels.
  • Produce clear, tailored L&D reports and dashboards for a range of audiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships across the business to deliver a valued L&D service.
  • Monitor budgets and contracts for learning activities.
  • Support wider HR administration as needed.

The ideal L&D Coordinator will be confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume administrative role, ideally within L&D or professional services.
  • Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

This role can be based 1-2 days in London or Oxford (more if you prefer) and for the right person, they could accommodate a fully remote working model, with travel to London or Oxford for meetings.
