Marketing Manager - Collider
Collider is mood-boosting beer without the alcohol. Non-alcoholic beer infused with adaptogens and functional mushrooms to relax you without the need for alcohol. We are a new business, having launched in February 2024, and have recently completed a VC-backed fundraising round.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager at Collider. The candidate would lead the company's marketing efforts and would directly report to the CEO. This role offers flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- General Marketing/Brand Strategy
- Organic Socials management (Instagram/TikTok)
- Post scheduling
- Content creation management
- Community responses
- Events strategy and planning
- Assistance at events
- Brand partnerships (social, product collabs)
- Influencer seeding
Secondary Responsibilities
- Email marketing
- Handled by an agency but general experience with Klaviyo and retention welcome
- Brand and design
- Product development input
Qualifications
- Ideally At least 2 years experience in marketing, ideally at a start-up or growth stage company
- Social Media Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Preferred Skills: Figma, Adobe Suite, Notion
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: £35k+ per annum (bi-annual salary reviews)
- Share Vesting Programme: 0.5% at current dilution (5 year vest, 1 year cliff)
