Private Client Solicitor
The Role You will take ownership of a diverse and stimulating caseload, with particular focus on:
- Complex tax and trust matters
- Wills and probate
- Court of Protection cases
- Deputyships
Key Requirements
- 5+ years PQE with proven experience in private client work
- Strong knowledge of tax, trusts, Wills, probate, and Court of Protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Confident managing a varied caseload independently
- Comfortable working in a modern, tech-driven legal environment (case management systems, digital comms, etc.)
- A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and proactive
