About the Role

Our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division is a fast-growing part of our organization, dedicated to delivering planned, structured repair and servicing directly to our members—right from their driveway to their workplace car park. This role is distinct from traditional roadside rescue, focusing on scheduled jobs without emergency callouts or unpredictable shift patterns.

What You’ll Do

Your day will begin with a clear digital schedule of pre-booked jobs. You will be responsible for:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically completed in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations based on inspections
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards

With a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, and tools at your disposal, you’ll utilize your technical skills to ensure our members are back on the road safely and confidently.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
