Accenture Products & Platforms for HR, Talent and Skilling (APP HTS) is a dedicated software business within Accenture, specializing in complementary applications for SAP environments. With a focus on enhancing SAP ERP Human Capital Management, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Plant Maintenance, APP HTS develops, sells, supports, and maintains innovative add-on solutions that extend core SAP capabilities. The Work:

As an SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP EAM solutions and Accenture's BlueWorx asset management solutions that drive business value. You will play a key role in solution delivery, client engagement, and business development activities by demonstrating SAP EAM and BlueWorx capabilities, facilitating workshops, and building trusted client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the delivery of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions across asset-intensive industries.
• Implement and configure Accenture's BlueWorx asset management solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and SAP EAM environments.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather business requirements, define solution designs, and align stakeholders on implementation approaches.
• Configure and support SAP EAM processes including maintenance management, work management, asset management, preventive maintenance, and related integrations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution showcases, and proof-of-concept activities for SAP EAM and BlueWorx solutions for clients and prospects.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical SAP EAM and BlueWorx solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing trusted advisory services and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value through the adoption of BlueWorx capabilities and complementary Accenture asset management offerings.
• Stay current with SAP Asset Management innovations, BlueWorx solution capabilities, and industry best practices to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance.

Qualification

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Advanced proficiency in Client Relationship Management.
• Experience delivering SAP EAM implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops, conducting solution demonstrations, and presenting to business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with BlueWorx or other SAP EAM enhancement and optimization solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, reliability, asset performance management, and field operations processes.
• Experience conducting executive-level demonstrations and value-based solution presentations.
• Intermediate proficiency in stakeholder engagement and organizational change management.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, proposals, and client pursuits.
• Knowledge of asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Transportation.
• Experience integrating SAP EAM with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, GIS, or mobile maintenance solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
