Fitness Manager
The UK’s leading fitness brand, PureGym, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Gym Manager to join our dynamic team in Enfield. As an Assistant Gym Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, leading a team of fitness professionals and helping to create a great place to work and workout for both members and staff.
Key Details
- Salary: £32,588 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Holiday: 33 days annual leave allowance, including bank holidays, with an additional personal day
The Role
- Support the Gym Manager in delivering an excellent member experience by focusing on service and standards.
- Contribute to new member acquisitions through club outreach and community events.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, train, and supervise a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
- Manage and improve the group exercise offering within the gym.
About You
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing.
- L2 qualification in gym instructing, with experience teaching group exercise.
- Ability to help team members be the best versions of themselves.
- Desire to do the right thing with resilience, confidence, and integrity.
