AI & Data Enablement Lead
- Lead the adoption of AI across the organisation, identifying opportunities that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical AI-enabled solutions and delivery roadmaps.
- Establish and embed AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Drive AI literacy, enablement and cultural change by promoting responsible and effective use of AI technologies across all business functions.
- Develop and maintain AI architecture standards, operating models, and best practices aligned with enterprise data strategy.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide strategic recommendations to support innovation and competitive advantage.
- Build strong relationships across business, technology, risk and compliance teams, acting as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and governance.
- Lead AI proof-of-concept initiatives from discovery through validation, supporting the transition of successful use cases into production solutions.
