Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons according to the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop engaging teaching strategies
• Communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Science education
• Ensure a safe and supportive classroom environment for all students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching Science to primary or secondary school students
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
