PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

• Create distinctive, innovative, and effective promotional assets for multiple platforms.
• Collaborating with other departments including marketing and programming, ensuring you maintain excellent relationships throughout.
• Develop pitch decks and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Help to coach fellow creatives, providing feedback and sharing inspiration, ideas and best practices in a regular and informal manner
• Act as brand guardian for channels and content, ensuring all creative output is ‘on brand’.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Creative and media industry experience producing video-based content.
• A proven track record of creative excellence within the TV promotion industry.
• Experience editing and a thorough knowledge of the appropriate production processes, relevant tools and techniques, Including self op editing and directing talent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas clearly, sell your work to stakeholders, and provide feedback to team members.
• Technical aptitude and an ability to learn new AI systems and processes.
