The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed and robust tender and project programmes
- Support bid teams with planning deliverables and post-tender handovers
- Identify and evaluate risks within programmes to ensure resilience
- Cost and resource load programmes effectively
- Provide planning insights to both bid and delivery teams
- Use Primavera P6 to build, monitor, and update project schedules
- Ensure seamless communication and knowledge transfer post-award
About You
You’ll bring a blend of technical skill, commercial acumen, and collaborative spirit, including:
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction methods
- Understanding of procurement legislation and commercial contracts
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other planning tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
What’s on Offer
- £65,000–£75,000 salary (dependent on experience)
- £5,750 car allowance
- Comprehensive benefits package including pension and healthcare plan
- Accommodation allowance if based outside a reasonable commuting distance
- Excellent training and career development with a global leader in construction
If you’re passionate about precision, planning, and performance — and want to help deliver the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects — we’d love to hear from you.
