You will advise private investment fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes.

Advise on the establishment, structuring and operation of alternative investment funds, and broad range of related transactions, including fund restructurings, GP-led transactions, co-investment arrangements, spin-outs, joint ventures and management company transactions.

The firm offers excellent progression for a high performer and an opportunity to join a top tier firm on NY rates whilst benefiting from exposure to the highest quality work.

Funds Lawyer, with 3 - 6 years post-qualified experience

Currently practicing in London at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international or peer US firm

A strong academic background
