Secondary Divisional Manager - North London
This position is for an education recruitment professional with experience in supplying Secondary Schools with teachers and support staff to join an Education recruitment agency based in North London.
The basic salary is up to £50,000 basic + commission up to 20%
This is an agency that typically supplies Primary Schools with a small amount of supply into Secondary schools, due to growth plans they are looking to recruit a Secondary Divisional Manager to develop and grow their secondary teacher supply business.
There are some very loyal schools to initially work with however this will be in essence a new beginning, you will have full autonomy and a healthy budget has been set aside to grow this part of the business.
Working hours are 7.00am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday whilst working 10 am – 3 pm during non-term time. You will not be expected to work above and beyond your normal hours the office closes on time each day.
You will be working in a relaxed fun environment, causal drees down on Friday along with drinks on Fridays at 3 pm
There is free car parking on-site and not far from good road and rails links.
This is a boutique agency, all managers and Directors are hands-on and approachable, the recruiters work together as a team so in the event, you are out of the office or on annual leave your desk will be maintained and looked after.
You will report to the Sales Director and work closely with them towards clearly defined goals and GP targets.
You would also be included in board meets, be given access to overall company performance and related data around sales and expenditure, and be asked to make suggestions and contributions towards improving processes, maximising ROI around spend and improving best practices as your input would be greatly valued
As your business grows you will be able to bring in more people into your team which you can build around you, if you know anybody that you can bring with you from day 1 that can also be accommodated they can take a full team.
This role would be ideal for somebody that is currently a Senior Consultant or manager who would like to take a step up in their career or an existing Team Leader or Manager that has experience in leading and developing people.
