We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to work at the heart of our Tech finance function, driving performance, value and smart decision‑making.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Director for Technology & Central Functions, you’ll partner closely with Technology Directors and leadership teams to understand cost drivers, challenge assumptions and maximise value. This is a highly visible role where your insight directly supports transformation and performance, while also requiring a hands‑on approach and a willingness to get into the detail.
You will also:
• Provide insightful, KPI‑driven analysis to influence strategic and operational decisions• Shape budgets, forecasts and long‑term investment plans
• Build and maintain a forward‑looking view of IT costs (cloud, SaaS, licensing, lifecycle)
• Support business cases, financial modelling and commercial decisions
• Partner with Technology, Procurement and senior stakeholders to drive value from projects
• Improve how costs are tracked, governed and reported to enable faster, better decisions
About You
• An excellent communicator who can guide non‑finance stakeholders with confidence
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to challenge and influence
• Solid understanding of technology cost drivers (cloud, SaaS, licensing models)
• Comfortable working at pace in a complex environment
• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Experience partnering with Technology, Digital or transformation teams (desirable)
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
