Administrator
In your capacity as a Contracts Administrator, you'll serve as a pivotal touchpoint for our customers. You'll handle interactions over phone and email, providing exemplary customer service and facilitating efficient workflow across teams. Your responsibilities will include:
excelling in problem-solving, navigating unexpected changes seamlesslyhandling unexpected issues astutely in the company's best interests, even if it means making challenging decisions
engaging with disgruntled customers confidently and honestly
demonstrating initiative and adhering to internal procedures to ensure job completion in a timely manner and meeting set targets

familiarity with handling large volumes of data input
robust and confident communication skills, both via phone and email
proficiency in problem-solving and taking responsibility for issue resolution
