We are looking to recruit a Buying Consultant Director based in our Belgrave Square office.
Our employees are meticulous, highly professional and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a track record of success in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referral and recommendation. Trusted for generations, we have specialised in selling residential property in London and South of England for 150 years.
About the Role:
The successful Buying Consultant Director will be responsible for:
- Achieving the department target.
- Accountability for delivery of both individual and collective objectives including profitability, and increased group value.
- Professionally dealing with clients in all aspects of their purchase, including sourcing properties, viewings, negotiations, and sales progression.
- Using data, feedback and interpreting market trends to deliver weekly updates to every client, offering advice and recommendations to facilitate a successful acquisition.
- Conduct a monthly performance review with every team member, validating performance, challenging them to fulfil their potential and identifying training and development needs.
- Abiding by service standards and all legislation.
- Maintaining all aspects of the marketing of the department.
- Producing all documentation for new clients including terms of business, money laundering forms, fact finds and any other relevant documentation.
- Overseeing the recruitment process for their department.
Skills and experience:
The successful Buying Consultant Director will have the following attributes;
- Proven experience managing a successful team.
- The ability to build rapport and develop long standing relationships.
- The capability of working effectively under pressure and in a fast changing environment.
- Conduct, personal appearance and attitude that enhance the company’s reputation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy and understanding.
- A dynamic team leader with Individual flair.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
- Experience in acting for buyers in residential transactions.
- Full and clean driving licence.
