Retail Supervisor
As a Retail Supervisor at our NN.07 Covent Garden store, you’ll be key in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, foster a positive team environment, and help drive sales and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management and operation of the store
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Support in visual merchandising and stock management
- Handle transactions, reporting, and ensure compliance with store policies
- Act as a key holder and take on supervisory responsibilities in the manager's absence
Requirements:
- Experience in retail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for menswear and an understanding of the NN.07 aesthetic
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Retail experience in premium or fashion brands is beneficial
