Total Rewards Partner (Temp Freelance Role)
London Head Office, Global Retailer
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Partner to join our clients team on a temporary freelance basis at their London Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on their global rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our global retail objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and attractive.
- Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations.
- Performance Management: Partner with HR and management to support performance management processes and ensure alignment with reward strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative reward solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data management for all rewards-related activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to communicate and implement reward strategies effectively.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in a similar Total Rewards role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks, market trends, and compliance requirements.
Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability: Immediate availability to start and flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
