People Development Trainee
What's the role about?
As part of our People team, you'll be joining as our People Development Trainee, where you'll support the delivery of impactful, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences that help build high-performing teams across the globe. You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of People Development - from learning coordination and content creation to digital learning, learner experience, and programme evaluation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of learning at Reiss, while developing your own skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your ideas and energy will play a key role in how we make development more accessible and relevant to our global workforce.
Who you are
- You're curious, proactive, and passionate about people development. Bringing ambition, resilience and a willingness to learn.
- Actively creates digital content outside of work, showcasing creativity and an understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Digitally savvy, with a good grasp of digital tools and platforms.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Open to feedback and always looking for ways to grow.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions across regions, ensuring smooth logistics and clear communication with learners.
- Maintain accurate learning records, track participation, and provide day-to-day support to the People Development team and our global learners.
- Create, edit, and format engaging learning materials and communications, ensuring content is current, inclusive, and aligned with business needs.
- Conduct research to inform content updates and contribute to the evolution of our learning offerings based on learner and business feedback.
- Support the use and optimisation of digital learning platforms, offering basic technical assistance and helping enhance the learner experience.
- Gather and analyse feedback, assist in evaluating programme effectiveness, and suggest innovative ways to increase engagement and impact.
- Play an active role in delivering our People Development strategy, contributing positively to the team culture and taking ownership of your personal growth.
