Teacher of Drama | ASAP start (Haringey)
We are working with a historic independent school in Haringey to appoint a creative and energetic Teacher of Drama for a temporary, full-time position. Starting ASAP, the school is looking for a specialist who can deliver high-quality Drama lessons. Set within beautiful grounds, the school boasts a professional-standard theatre and maintains strong links with major London drama houses, offering a vibrant atmosphere for both staff and pupils.
The Role
Deliver practical and theoretical Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Act as a lead director for the annual school production.
Coordinate LAMDA examinations and external theatre visits.
Support students in developing their own devised pieces and scripted performances.
The Person
QTS and a strong academic record in Drama or Theatre Studies.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
A dynamic individual who can foster confidence and technical skill in every student.
Salary & Benefits The school pays according to its own independent payscale. Salary will be determined based on experience but, if successful, can be negotiated. Includes a collaborative staff room culture and structured CPD.
