Financial Crime Manager, Nominated Officer & Deputy MLRO
- Lead and enhance the firm's financial crime framework, covering AML, CTF, sanctions and fraud risk management.
- Own the business-wide financial crime risk assessment framework and customer risk assessment methodologies.
- Act as the Nominated Officer, reviewing and assessing internal suspicious activity reports and determining SAR submissions to the NCA.
- Support the MLRO and act as delegate when required, including regulatory engagement with the FCA, HMRC and law enforcement agencies.
- Lead financial crime reporting, risk appetite monitoring and MI production for senior management, committees and the Board.
- Oversee KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring activities across the business.
- Provide expert advice in complex investigations, high-risk customers and emerging financial crime threats.
- Lead, develop and support the Financial Crime team, helping to foster a strong culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
