Product Engineer

The Role
You’ll join our talented Engineering team that’s passionate about creating high-quality software to help our customers build their financial future and assist our business teams in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As a Product Engineer, you’ll work across the entire stack to deliver features end to end — from shaping technical requirements to writing scalable, maintainable code. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our platform to support growing complexity and usage.
You’ll work closely with product and customer facing teams to understand user needs and turn them into intuitive and elegant solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role where attention to detail, empathy for users, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

What You'll Do
- Write code!: Consistently deliver clean, maintainable and well-tested code to production.
- Shape the platform: Contribute to architectural decisions and help define the future direction of our systems.
- Focus on the customer: Work with the Product Owner to ensure changes deliver the best outcomes for users and the business.
- Collaborate as a team: Work closely with other engineers to uphold and improve our engineering standards and best practices.
- Build for scale and security: Ensure all development meets high standards for scalability, performance, and security.
- Own the production environment: Monitor releases, ensure stability, and respond effectively to incidents.
- Support the business: Help deliver an excellent customer experience by responding to support requests from internal teams.
Requirements
Top Skills/Experience Required
- 3+ years of Javascript, Typescript
- Experience with NestJS, Prisma, React and PostgreSQL
- 1+ years of AWS, Docker, Terraform or similar
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
- Developed business applications, ideally in financial services , with involvement in the end-to-end system design
- Knowledge of best practices building clean, testable code, following domain-driven design principles
