M&A Tax Manager - Real Estate - London

The role offers the chance to work on complex M&A, restructuring and international tax projects, advising businesses and investors on commercially significant transactions. With strong exposure to senior advisers and clients, it provides an excellent platform to broaden technical expertise, build transaction experience and accelerate career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on M&A, restructurings and wider corporate tax matters.
* Support clients with complex domestic and international tax issues.
* Manage assignments and build strong client relationships.
* Contribute to business development and identify new opportunities.
Candidate Required
A qualified ACA, CA, CTA or ATT tax professional with a strong corporate tax background and relevant advisory, M&A or international tax experience. Strong communication, project management and commercial skills are essential.
