Front of House Co-ordinator - Creative Tech & Film Studio
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and charismatic Front of House Coordinator to join a fast-growing creative technology business that has transformed a unique space in Brentford into a cutting-edge film studio. Working alongside an experienced team of film producers from Los Angeles, this Front of House Coordinator role is far more than a traditional receptionist position. You'll be the face of the business, creating an exceptional first impression for clients, visitors and production teams while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house function.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting new people and is looking to join a young, vibrant and collaborative business during an exciting period of growth.
Key Duties
- Greeting clients, visitors and production teams, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
- Managing the front of house area and ensuring all guests are signed in correctly and NDA documentation is completed.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting the smooth running of internal and external meetings.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and deliveries.
- Providing administrative support to the wider business as required.
- Working closely with the Executive Producer's Executive Assistant and internal department coordinators to ensure the office runs seamlessly.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in Reception, Front of House, Hospitality or Office Coordination.
- An engaging, confident and professional communicator.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Smart, polished presentation with a warm and approachable manner.
- Proactive, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves.
