The Centre has expertise in International Education and makes a significant contribution to the rich and diverse make-up of the King’s student body.
About the role
The Centre for International Education & Languages (CIEL) at King’s College London has an exciting opportunity to join a new Digital Education team as one of 3 Learning Technology Programmes Officers, based in either King’s Foundations (1 post) or King’s Language Centre (2 posts). These new posts provide the ideal opportunity to develop a career in Digital Education.
These critical roles will support the wide cohort of students (both internal and external), our programme administration and teaching teams by ensuring that digital education systems are accurate, accessible and aligned with institutional standards. By supporting a high-quality, student-centred learning experience you will enable the central Digital Education team to focus on strategic digital enhancement and innovation.
The Learning Technology Programmes Officers will support enrolment, attendance and assessment processes within our moodle-based virtual learning environment, KEATS.
You will be expected to collaborate with wider teams to integrate digital education tools into programme delivery, provide basic technical support and training.
By representing the programmes team in relevant meetings and working with central teams, you will support the review of digital education processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and best practice.
Candidates should submit a supporting statement and CV, outlining how you meet the criteria in the person specification.
This is a full time post and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
