The Job

Performance-Based Earnings

• Earn a one-time £500 bonus for each short-let (Airbnb-style) property after it receives 10 bookings. 
• Earn 25% commission per long-let deal , paid directly after the landlord signs and payment is received. 
• Many agents earn £60,000 to £100,000+ annually depending on performance. 

No Prospecting or Admin

You won’t need to generate leads, chase paperwork, or manage onboarding. Our internal sales and operations teams handle everything behind the scenes. 

Your Calendar, Your Control

Just tell us when you're available, we’ll schedule qualified landlord and tenant meetings directly into your calendar. You show up, handle the appointment, and get paid.

Our team is behind you every step of the way, providing sales materials, pitch support, and operational backup to ensure your success. 

Travel Expenses Covered

We reimburse all travel costs related to property meetings so you can focus on closing deals. 

What You’ll Do

• Attend pre-scheduled, qualified meetings with property owners across London 
• Show rental properties to interested tenants 
• Present Keey’s short let and long let solutions 
• Build rapport, explain our value, and sign landlords to our platform 
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize closing rates 
• Represent Keey as the face of our service in landlord and tenant interactions

Who You Are

• Based in London and comfortable with in-person meetings 
• A natural communicator who builds trust quickly 
• Motivated by performance-based earnings 
• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented 
• Experience in lettings, real estate, or field sales is a plus
