Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Analyst with a robust understanding of the insurance market and a proven consulting background. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills and industry knowledge to support strategic planning, provide insights into market trends, and drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals.

What You'll Do:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the insurance landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on growth and efficiency.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Assist in the development of business cases to evaluate the feasibility of new technology products and market entry strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather valuable insights and feedback for strategic planning.

REQUIREMENTS

You'll do it using

3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar analytical role, preferably within the insurance sector.

In-depth understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Preference for candidates with experience in pricing and underwriting within the insurance industry.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
