About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Front Office Supervisor . In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the front office department. You will assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient check-in and check-out procedures, and smooth coordination among the front desk team. Your role is essential in maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and upholding the hotel's standards.
What You’ll Do
Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests receive a high level of personalized service.
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the front desk, including staffing and task allocation.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Oversee the accurate processing of guest payments, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing reports, managing guest records, and updating relevant documentation.
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor to support the overall functioning of the front office and the hotel.

Gross annual salary: £33,125
Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
